Journal History & Publisher Transition

International Scientific Technical and Economic Research (ISTAER) was established in 2023. The print version (ISSN 2959-1309) was originally registered to China Science and Culture Development Press and authorized to Sichuan Knowledgeable Intelligent Sciences for publication.

Archive Access (2023–2026, Volumes 1–4, Issues 1–2):
All back issues published from 2023 through the first two issues of Volume 4 (2026) are permanently archived and freely accessible at the original journal website: https://www.istaer.online

New Publication (from Volume 4, Issue 3, 2026 onward):
Effective 31 May 2026, the publishing operations of ISTAER have transferred to Digital Intelligence Press Limited. Starting with Volume 4, Issue 3 (2026), all new articles are published online on this new platform (https://dipscie.com/index.php/ISTAER) and will be assigned a new E-ISSN.

The journal continues publication without interruption under the new publisher.
