To continuously improve the journal's academic quality and positioning, and to optimize the publication process, the editorial department has decided, Starting from Jan 01 2026, we will no longer accept submissions of applied papers. Suggest that relevant authors choose more suitable applied journals for submission. To ensure the diversity of academic achievements and prevent the same author from excessively occupying publication space, starting in 2026, each author (based on whether they are an independent author or the first author) may not publish more than 4 papers per year in this journal, and may only publish 1 paper per issue.
